NSW Critical Infrastructure Resilience Strategy for NSW Department of Justice
Working with the NSW government, we developed a state-wide strategy to improve the resilience of critical infrastructure for the state. Both the discussion paper and strategy passed Cabinet Standing Committee and were endorsed at first review with no changes. Click here to view the document. |

Business Continuity Planning for Powerlink Queensland
Working with BCI, we developed an in depth plan plan for disruption defence across the whole organisation's critical functions. The focus was on mitigations (pre-event actions) and contingencies (on-event actions) to mitigate or reduce disruption, and restore full function as quickly as possible. We have been re-engaged by Powerlink many times as a trusted supplier to their organisation. |

Cloncurry Shire Resilient Logistics Project
We conducted a detailed review of the logistics for Cloncurry Shire after the 2019 floods. Working collaboratively with Meridian Urban for the Queensland Reconstruction Authority, we developed a catchment flood resilience strategy for Australia'a largest river by peak water volume at flood. The project included input on infrastructure and economic resilience, including mitigations and disaster risk reduction. |
Community Dashboard
Working in partnership with QIT Plus for Cloncurry Shire Council, we developed a Community Dashboard for Cloncurry Shire residents and visitors to advise weather warnings, road closures, electricity outages, and other important information during a hazard event. This is now a point of reference for community not just during disasters but all year round. Click here to view. |
